Only you can decide but, if you feel that he is no9t right for you then end it.
First though have you sat down and spoken to him and told him that you feel this way?As talking can do allot for relationship's, I mean there is no point in going on with a relationship if you cannot talk to each other about something as little as this then what are you going to do when for example you have children?
Talk to him and if he still acts in this childish manor then perhaps[s it is time for you both move on.
