each nite put a few coffee beans by your alarm clock. When you hit the snooze button the first time in the am, put the coffee beans inbetween your cheek and gum, like chewing tobacco. When ur alarm goes off again in 10 min, the caffine in the beans should have u a little more awake! Good luck. ( I just smoke crack every morning but I assume you're not up for that! )

bless, thats really thoughtful. i put the alarm on my mobile phone on then put it under my pillow. i can hear it but no one else can, plus it gradually gets louder so it wont give you a heart attack when it goes off. x

Leave the curtains open when you go to bed.
(This only works in summer when it's light before 9am!)
