You go from the first day of your last period. By the time you are about 4 weeks along the baby starts to produce a chemical called HCG, this is what they use to determine whether you are pregnant or not. It shows up in your pee. About two weeks after that you may begin to feel sick in the mornings and want to throw up. Your breasts will become sore and tender to the touch. They may get a bit bigger, too. You may have to go to the bathroom more often. This may last until you are three months pregnant. The baby will begin to show from your belly when you are about 4 months. At about 5 months you will start to feel movement that is light and fluttery. I hope this helps you.

depends on how many times you have been pregnant, and your size. The more children you have the sooner you can feel and the thinner you are has a little to do with it. With my daughter i realized that it was her about 3 months with youngest(4th) it was about 6 weeks.

I am not sure if you mean symptoms, The first thing you will notice is being extremely tired and that can happen within a week, before you even think there is a possibility of it

By 'feel' I'm assuming you mean like movement? Probably around week 24 or later...about 5 and 1/2 months along...though some women claim that they can feel it earlier.
