It can. When the hymen(a membrane) breaks, it hurts and bleeds. Many times, though... Girls are either born without one or it breaks for some non-sexual reason. Take your time, make sure that you are aroused and well-lubricated. If you are really nervous, you can use toys to get yourself used to the idea.

If you haven'y got that chily in the bread then it will hurt if you never done that before because in that hole that you have has a vain and when that chily goes up then it breaks and you bleed the first time that is how your future husband will know if you are still a virgin. In the old times the woman's husband's mother would put a white blanket so when they did it together there would be blood stains. Well, that is what my grandma says

Depends on the person. Personally it didn't hurt my first time because the boy was, not very big... but my hymen was already ripped because of things that happend to me as a child.

If you arent ready then it will.You have to be relaxed and not tensed up.You have to make sure you love this guy and he loves you back.Dont just do it cause all of your friends have done it many of times and they keep bugging you to do it.Make sure you use some sort of protection.It might hurt alittle bit but your body will get used to it so dont panic.Good luck hun!
