I'm in the 9th grade and I'm thinking about this early..
I stay in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Should I go to Houston, Miami, Atlanta, or stay at home?

None of them. I would go to Austin. 1st thing is first - nothing good can happen for you in Baton Rouge or Houston. I'd truly say Austin, but otherwise I would say Atlanta or Miami (I don't really like Miami but hey, beats your other options!)

Im from Baton Rouge and you should know LSU!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay at home dear. You will not find any other place like it.
