NO!!! That is just about the right weight. I would forget what them, too-skinny models are saying! They torture themselves and hardly even has any fun, aways afraid what everybody thinks. It's not even healthy to be much thinner!

Women with a small body frame standing 5' 4" should be 115-130. Larger frames 125-150.
Other factors play in too

A body height 5'4" and 125lbs...
Healthy body weight range is: 108-132 lbs
You're within the healthy body weight range!!!
125 is right in the middle and a good weight...of course your not fat! Before I had my daughter I was 120 (im 5'3") and I actually feel healthier now, I take vitamins, eat way more fiber, vegetables and protein I have a few months before I get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but in my opinion (and it's just that an opinion) feeling strong and healthy are better goals than just to look good. So, if you feel sluggish or like you want to increase energy then I'd make that your focus not your size, but I wouldn't neglect your body either....eating healthy is good for more than just body size. There's lots of reasons to eat healthy and exercise.
If you want to discuss this further...email me.
HTH.
Take care. :)

Doesn't sound like it, you might be out of condition though, do you have like a big belly or roll over your waist band? If you do you probably need to start getting some exercise, eating healthier and leading a more active lifestyle. Either way, doing these kinds of things are good for you so you might consider doing them even if you don't have any of the signs of being overweight.

no!
i'm 5'2" and 120. there are times when i look at myself and i feel fat, but most of the time, i look in the mirror and am completely satisfied with my body. i wouldn't want to be any thinner. most guys aren't into stick thin girls.
but it all depends on how you feel. if you are comfortable with the way you look, dont worry about what others might tell you. if you feel you would be better off, change up your diet or spend a little time in the gym. do what makes you happy with yourself.

no, but you could be out of shape or unhealthy if you do not excersize regularly. after a few weeks of excersize you will see a difference even if you don't loose any weight. its really cool and worth the effort.
