How do I get im and a pic for yahoo answers?

If you orginally signed up for yahoo answers without an im or a pic can you still get one without getting a whole new account?

Do you mean adding a picture icon here?

Click on the gray square icon with the smiley face. Then click on Edit My Info. Then choose a picture of a Yahoo! Avatar under Picture.
