Most likely the sit is being blocked by either your internet safety settings or your ISP might have blocked the site as well. Also, the sight might have temporarily gone down. I would try the URL again, maybe even wait a day. If you still have a problem try going through a proxy website to access that domain.
If the telcos and cable industry push through the current internet communications bill they drafted net neutrality will become a thing of the past and ISPs will start baring websites all the time. Something similar to this just happened with an ISP a few days ago regarding MySpace. Currently it is illegal to bar IP addresses, but every now and then someone gets a number wrong and traffic gets blocked.
