That's not actually what they are paid for. They are paid for putting their personal information, including email address, on a list that is then used for sending tons of spam. I wouldn't do it if I were you.

You really have to be careful with those online survey sites,most of them are scammers or spammers.
That being side, there are legitimate survey panels that operated by legitimate market research companies and some of them do pay kids and teens for their opinion. I have my two kids signed up and they are paid for taking surveys, watching new kids tv show and trying new products at home.
