Some phone companies will let you have DSL without phone service, ask them! Same for cable providers. For A while I used Comcast for phone and internet but not for TV for which I used a dish. It can not hurt to ask.

You can get cable internet or satellite..but they are way more expensive than dial up or dsl and if your phone is about to be cut off...well, sounds like an expense you don't want to get involved in. Cable or satellite are around $50 and up a month.

Maybe you can call the phone company and work out a payment schedule instead so you can keep your phone and your Internet. Utility companies are usually willing to work with people because it costs money to shut off the utilities.

Good luck.

maximum cable television companies have internet provider, even satellite tv for pc has internet. also DSL makes use of the phone line to the homestead, yet frequently doesn't require that you need to have an energetic telephone line. Now verizon is dispensing laser optic (Fios) internet.

You can get cable, satellite, or use a laptop with a cellular connection through someone like Verizon. But for a regular desktop PC, you're in trouble! But have no fear - you can probably get free internet usage at your local library or community college.

Only if you go to cable or satellite. Very few phone companies will sell you access if you do not pay for a phone.

the best way is to go wireless. If you live in a high density area I bet someone has a public 802.11 wiress router with access. Installing a wirelss card will connect to it.

Other ways include getting a wireless broadband card from verizonwirelss.
