You need a SPF of 45 or more and reapply often. You need to cover up as much as is practical. You need to stay out of direct sunlight between 10-2. If you burn that easily you're a good candidate for various skin cancers, so protect yourself.

Perhaps you have a kind of sun allergy - ask a pharmacist.
And keep in mind, that wearing sunglasses reduces the time you may stay in the sun without damage. Why? The eyes are sensors for the UV radiation - with a modern 100% radiation blocker your skin "thinks" it's night and does not protect itself in any way.
So wear sunglasses as short as possible, only when really looking into the bright or walking near the water or snow. When relaxing, rather close your eyes than keep the glasses on.

40 5 minutes is way too lengthy to be uncovered to the sunlight the first time in a season for someone who burns actual -- quarter-hour is all you should do on first day and enhance -- 40 5 minutes might want to be ok for fifth day, and it really is WITH sunblock of a minimum of 15 SPF. also, the sunlight is maximum efficient from 10 AM to 2 PM steer away from those circumstances. Hiding from the sunlight is a sturdy theory except you pick to get skin maximum cancers.

I'm pale-colored & have freckles. I have a hard time tanning... easy time burning. People who are lighter colored and/or freckled are that way because they have less pigments (less coloration) in their skin & just naturally burn easier. I highly reccommend using sun-block. I noticed that the sun is attracted by the color of black clothing, but is also attracted by water... water is a light color &... if I'm not wrong, our bodies are made up of 1/3 part water.

This happens to a lot of people. You are fair skinned like my little brother. He can't go outside in the sun for too long without sunscreen. You should go to the store and buy sunscreen to wear whenever you go outside. Try and get the highest SPF you can. I think it goes up to 50.

It's your body's way of telling you to stop going out in the sun so often and become a nocturnal beast that paranormal scientists will argue and discuss years after finding your mutilated body in a cave on a melting ice cap.

Wear sunscreen. People with very fair complexions also have the same problem, but it doesn't matter what your color is. The only way is to wear sunscreen daily, especially during the summer.
