More power to you. I'm 40 and keep a 3 year old sometime that isn't potty trained. She sometimes whine for no reason ask a 1000 questions wakes up in the middle of the night even sometime disrupting my groove. But I love her to death and can kiss God when she go back to her momma. I do have two sons that are 20 and 18 and they treat me like I'm their sister since I'm only 5'5' and look young for my age. My point is why would you want to start over again even with your 10 year old . Unless you have a college money set up for this future kid it will be hard to pay for one on retirement checks. Then thinking about the 10 year old. You are going to have to put up with sharing problems and resentment if you make her baby-sit. Do a test trail keep someone else kid for a week see if it will work out for you.

You will be very very tired. But if you really want a baby go for it. You can love your baby even when you are very very tired. When your "new" baby is 8 the older one will be going away to college(hopefully) and you will be back to 1 child.(at home) Personally I wouldn't do it but I'm 53 and very very tired around kids. That would put you about 56 when it graduates. How does your husband feel? How does the 10 year old feel? They have been an only child a long time. I would talk about it. Good luck

What is your question? Can you get pregnant at 37? Yes, you probably can but it might not be as easy as it was at 27. Should you get pregnant at 37? That's your call, not ours.

If that doesn't cover it, try adding some additional details to your question so we know what you are actually asking.

And your question is...? :-)

Our youngest was conceived when my wife was 38; we had two daughters, an 8YO and a 5YO.

After the baby was born (C-section, wife lost lots of blood, was in much discomfort and had very low energy for several weeks), my wife said "Every new mother should be issued an eight-year-old." The oldest was SUCH a help -- getting things for Mom, helping with the baby, everything.

So again, I'm not sure what your question was, but in our experience, the older kid was really active, interested and helpful in caring for Mom and Baby. And the worst thing about having a new baby at 38 was having a 2-year-old at 40... :-)

- Make sure you don't smoke or drink & that your partner doesn't either

- Eat a very nutrious diet (be sure to include baked yams & fresh fish as both increase fertility) and make sure your partner does too

- Drink 8 glasses of water per day and take a folic acid supplement every day

- Get mild, moderate exercise 4 or 5 days per week

- Laugh often and enjoy life

- Have sex 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, 15 and 18 days after your period

- After you have sex, raise your feet up on pillows and relax for at least 30 minutes

Just because you are 37, does not mean you will have problems conceiving.

Did she walk early? My son walked at 10 months and it regarded like he might want to not in any respect talk. He did no longer ought to because he might want to take us to each and every thing he needed. My daughter did not walk until eventually 13 months, and that i imagine she all started speaking out of the womb. little ones do issues so in a unique way that is going to stress you loopy!! i tried to analyze mine each and each and every of the time and all it does is make me imagine something is faulty with the different. in case you're that nervous you would pick to call the Dr. yet i does no longer commence attempting to diagnose something purely yet, I guess she is purely doing issues on her own sweet time! sturdy luck!

No big deal. Read up on all the pregnancy resources (tons on line and books too). Basically, you need to understand when you are ovulating, and have sex every other day one week before and after ovulation. There is basal body temperature, discharge, etc to help you understand when you are ovulating. Good luck.
