Hamsters are nosturnal, If you would like this to stop you can keep a turtle sun lamp(see your local pet store) on top of his cage during the night and a blanket over his cage all day. This ensures that he doesn't wake you, and that he gets some excircise. i hope I helped
Good luck!

hamsters are nocturnal animals. That is what they do. What if you tried putting him in a dark place during the day, then maybe putting a light on him at night. This way he would play during the day and sleep at night.
Or put him in a different room at night.

that is the in undemanding words way that worked for me, i'd stick my hand contained in the cage, and anytime he bit me, i'd provide him a touch flick to the nostril. i'd try this daily, for no longer rather a lengthy time period in any respect. Then i'd bypass to petting, and would do an same element if he bit me. at the same time as it got here time to handle, if he bit me at the same time as i attempted to %. him up, i'd provide his left the front paw a touch push decrease back, in simple terms 1/2 a centimeter, and if he bit me at the same time as doing this, i'd gently flick his nostril. This worked for a number of and ALL of my hamsters. each body spoke back very much to this. All 8 of them.
