Take a look on ebay or go round the car boot.

New Look used to do a few vibrant black and white print 60's style dressed. However, due to this new boho look being all the rage, I doubt they'll have any in- still worth a look though.

It's pretty easy to get an existing dress and sew on your design. For example, if you wanted to make a shift dress then you'd only need two white panels and two black to sew on.

There is one shop that i know of in Birmingham its in Digbeth on the main road leading to Birmingham town centre and its very funky and sells everything of that time from clothes to music to home furbishing, otherwise on the net for your area. Good luck in your search.
