He may be, in your opinion, "America's greatest cosmic poet", but the fact that he's almost entirely unknown to the reading public in general would seem to indicate that he's not making much of an impression.
But that may be unfair - poetry, these days, isn't much in the public eye and/or mind. If he is really good, I think he'll survive his current lack of appreciation and gain a wider audience as time goes by.

I admit, i've never heard of him. If he is such a great writer as you say, I will look him up and check out his work. Then I will spread the word on him so others can enjoy this guy's works.

because most poets if not all are introverts[people who are best without company]and arthur gregor is probably an introvert.
