Here in Quebec,Canada,when you go to an abortion clinic,you usually have to meet with a psychologist,then a nurse, then the doctor. Some places you even have a group session. The whole process takes an after noon, then you get an appointment for the actual intervention about a week later. Why would anyone need some stranger in the street,somebody that's not qualified to do counseling,to tell them or ask them anything.. Anyways,if I'm not mistaken,it's illegal here to talk to people entering or exiting abortion clinics. Since abortions are done in hospitals too,nobody can know when and where. And that's a good thing. I'm a mother of 3 wonderful kids. I'm not married and very happy that way. And I'm pro choice.

If this is your only option then yes check for a planned parent hood. Your GYN can probably refer you to a women's center or clinic that does it. Be sure this is what you want, be sure you go to a clean place. Abortions can be tricky and if done to much or incorrectly you can give up your chance to ever have kids.

Also strap up next time or see about the depo shot, the birth control patch research your other options before you bed down again so your not looking for another clinic!!!

I've been to Bakersfield. That place is a sh!thole (seriously). If I were you, I'd move to Spokane, Washington, have your baby, and give it up for adoption to someone who deserves to have children, because you obviously don't.

P.S. Next time, try keeping your legs together so you don't get yourself into such an unfortuante situation again.

dont do this many women have emotional damage and the baby is alive this is murder instead have it adopted not only that but i have seen 3 women taken out by ambulance from abortion clinics and there were many more when i wasnt there. choose life

If you decide that you do not want to have a baby, please hear me out. There are a lot of people like my wife and I who are unable to have a baby. We depend on people who do not want a baby, but have gotten pregnant. There is a large "market" for babies out there and people like me will pay medical costs, etc. to adopt your baby. We don't care about race or gender. Please talk to someone about adoption. You may find someone you know in a place like I am in, so you will be able to keep in touch with your child, but let someone else raise them. If you don't know anyone who is interested, e-mail me.
