I'm trying to find out what cartoon character this is...it's a little girl...sometimes in black and white, sometimes in color, and she's really little...wears mary jane's...a bow in her hair, and has really big black eyes...and i don't think she talks in any of the cartoons...anybody know what cartoon series she's part of?

Hi guys...thanks for the help...I know it's not LULU for sure, or Audrey, or Emily the Strange...definitely not Betty Boop...she's kind of a cross between LULU and Audrey, but smaller, black hair, and has a blank expression and only blinks now and then
