Well, there are a lot of important things about Venus! :) In no particular order, here are some facts:
1) After Earth's Moon, it is the brightest object in the sky at night.
2) Venus is sometimes called Earth's "sister planet" because they are similar in size.
3) Venus is named after the Roman goddess of love, and many of its features are named after famous and mythological women (not just Greek).
4) It completes its orbit around the sun in 224.7 days!
