Keep giving her the normal food that you give her just maybe up the amount a little.

It depends on the type of pony. Worming, of course, is the first course of action. Possibly have the vet drop by and see what He/She thinks. Roughage like alfalfa cubes and up her grain a bit, as stated in other answers watch the grain though as ponies do tend to founder easier. We use a 10% sweet feed mix and alfalfa cubes here at the farm and have happy fat ponies and horses (well not too fat) except for one. No matter what we feed or do to her she stays looking like a bag of bones. She's a mustang and will not gain weight except when pregnant. Sometimes, horses are like people too (from the vet's mouth!) some are just skinny. So try worming, upping the roughage and grain and if nothing seems to work have the vet check her out.

A couple of things if you just got her - worm her and check her teeth.
As for feed - plenty of grass or pasture. With a good quality grain fed according to directions - there's several products commercially but start with a half cup of corn oil - over a week or so raise it to a full cup. Especially with ponies be careful on feeding grain - ponies seem especially apt to founder. Depending on her size/breed/use/age - feed may vary.

She needs to be wormed first, and then you need to increase her roughage (hay, grass) but slowly if she's not used to being on fresh grass. If you introduce her to grass too quickly, she could founder (develop laminitis). Roughage is the best way to increase weight on a horse, but depending on her age, you can add grain as well. Your vet would best be able to advise you on grain, but we have used Strategy and Equine Senior feed on some of our rescues that could use some 'groceries'. Good luck!

1st you need to worm her. Then keep giving her feed. Like sweet feed. You can let her graze and maybe some weight gain sold at the tractor supply stores.
Good luck

feed kwik beet, its sugar beet without the sugar, soaks in 10 Min's and is suitable for all horses and ponies, even with laminitus gastric probs history of colic's etc, put garlic powder and nice carrots in to tempt her, if she has no probs add a build up or veteran mix that's easily digested and add lib forage and of coarse worm her if you haven't all ready she will be fat and tight in No time at all.
