use the email headers to identify who's server they originated on and then send the entire mail with headers included to abuse@mailserver.com. I send a lot to abuse@yahoo.com and the accounts are cancelled for tos violation. If the mail server will not do anything just block their entire domain.

It's really frustrating. There should be a national database where these e-mail accounts are shut down and the IP addresses tracked down to the loser's home. But, unfortunately, there really isn't anything you can do. No law enforcment really takes this stuff seriously. Just delete it.

I have been getting them too. Most of them are from people abroad telling me that someone has died and they want me to claim ownership of the account. They want you to fly to a foreign country to claim money. I send an email back to them and tell them that I will do it if they pay for my expenses up front. I never hear back from them.

I wouldn't forward them, just delete them and block that address.
