The default location for all of iTunes music on your PC is under: My Documents/iTunes.

The trick will be to put all of your music on a media that your Mac can read as well. I had this exact issue and the way I solved that problem was using my iPod as a hard disk. The Mac and PC will recognize the iPod as a hard disk.

I don't know what type of iPod that you have but I have the 5th generation video, 30 Gig. Plenty of room to transfer music. Plug your iPod in to your PC and go to My Computer or Windows Explorer so you can access your iPod as a hard drive. Once you have done that it is as simple as copying and pasting all of your music to the iPod. Then connect the iPod to your Mac and do the reverse.

If your PC does not see your iPod as a hard disk then you will need to go through iTunes and check a box that will enable it as a hard drive.
