That is something you hear a lot in today's society. I think the answer is simple. It all boils down to maturity. As you get older you will find more and more women (yes women not girls) will start to look for the "good guys." Men that will make good husbands, fathers and be good financial providers.
As teenagers and even sometimes up through college years it's the fashion for girls to want the "bad boy." But girls.... at some point in time even the "bad boys" need to grow up, and if they never do, well then, you will be stuck with a looser.
So hang in there "good boy" your time is coming... sooner or later your going to get yourself a really nice girl who has finally matured and is now looking for that "great guy."

Attraction will get you the girl but affection will keep her. So, you cannot be the bad guy or the good guy exclusively.
Bad boys are appealing only because they are free spirits. Nurture this through striving to make a good life for yourself independently. Develop your own interests and hobbies and be good in at least one of them. Have good friends, guys and girls, without any romantic agenda . Girls will be attracted to your life force and want to be part of your enriching life. Bad boys are also attractive because they are leaders. Girls do not like guys who do things they are told. Develop your own philosophies and opinions about your ilfe and the world, and be sure to live by them.
Also, be the nice guy. Do things to acknowledge she is special and that the moments with her are meaningful to you. Be kind, caring, and thoughtful to her. But, don't sacrifice your principles or values in the process. This is where the proverbial nice guy messes up and finishes last.

because wether girls will admit it or not, or anybody for that fact. The offical rule of wether you are able to get the girl you want is based on physical attraction, sadly. But you can't really base anything on the place your at because everyone is different everywhere, dont' worry you'll find someone. Right when your not even expecting it, happened to me:). Trust me, its not too hard when the right girl pops up and you get your self confidence back:).
Think of yourself as the new cancer, never looked better and you(the girl) can't stand it. Its a quote from a song from Panic! At the Disco. Just means once your the best thing around, she's going to beg for you.

Because we donot know how to detect a good guys from the bad guys.This is something where the older female that had an experience need to teach the younger female,what to look for in a man.But on the other hand you made have female who just like bad guys.

Because girls like to think they can change a man, it gives them great pleasure in thinking they have the power to make a leopard change his spots. Notice the way I say "they", since I like good boys. I don't want to go out with someone who goes to prison every month.

I'm afraid some girls like a rebel. Someone who's gonna leap onto his motorbike ride off into the night and get mangled in a wreck.
