Actually, yes - but probably not right now.
There is a finite number of DNA combinations, just like there is a finite number of grains of sand on all the beaches of the world. I remember in advanced biology, that the number of possible DNA combinations, was actually less than the total population of the earth. So in theory, it is possible that there has lived, or there will live, or now lives, another human being with the exact genetic makeup of your own.

I have been reading a lot of fiction about cloning, and I think you should be asking a different question. You would know wheather you had been cloned or not. But what if you're the clone?

I once read that there really are only about 6 billion genetic combinations for human beings. So, if this is true then statistically there are likely two (non-twin) folks out there with identical genetic info!

Absolutely! why only make one of a good thing?
When I was 17 I was in a grocery store in Alvin Texas and a man kept following me around the store. I got a little paranoid and went to my Mom and told her and then he came around the corner! He said could I show you something? My Mom says sure and he took a photo out of his wallet and showed it to her she gasped and showed it to me. I looked in absolute amazement! The girl in the photo was me!! He said it was his daughter and her husband and their child. Our hair was even the same style! We were so shocked and amazed we did not think to ask his name or hers all we know is that she lived in Los Angeles Ca.

Yes, actually I do believe there is someone out there that looks like me. I've been told on several occasions and even been mistaken for someone else before...I dunno who she is but if I ever meet her that will be an interesting day.

I hope not. We could sleep with each others' wives without knowing it. The face you shave may not be your own.

Nope, there isn't. I do have one "look-a-like" but she doesn't even look all that much like me.
