Tripod.com is a pretty good one with a good site builder.
You can also use HTML or a program too.

On your pc at home using either frontpage or powerpoint. Convert this to html format. You would need to buy a domain name (www.getdotted.com) and then find a free host.

I built my author's webpage for free at www.geocities.com. It's not flashy, but could be if I were more savvy at that kind of thing. If you are, it's great, and FREE!

u can easyly find a web host. U use html, php, javascript ... to write your web site pages. Then you use geocities, or any free web host to store your pages.
