I am not certain of your age group, but some of the earlier famous blondes, such as Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield, were not natural blondes. Jayne Mansfield had an extremely high IQ and was a brunette, but she LOOKED smart somehow -- too smart for Hollywood. She dyed her hair blonde to give the appearance that made her famous (not including her Dolly Parton-like gift of large breasts) and became famous as a blonde -- a dumb blonde. People may not really believe that all blondes are dumb or that "blondes" have more fun, but it is an image that has been provided for us by the Hollywood hype. We know the truth when we think about it -- people are people!!! Does that answer your question?

Lol no! It's sometimes easier to use that as an excuse though. It's a stereotype because blondes come off ditzy so people just assume. If you want to beat the stereotype then don't be afraid of being an intelligent woman regardless of the hair color.

Not all brunettes are smart. I worked with a brunette a while back. My coworkers and I started calling her "the server without a brain".

No. The smartest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing were natural blondes. That said, the dumbest people I have ever met are blonde, too, but not naturally I think.

I think its just something we have picked up on as a culture as funny. I don't know of anyone who Actually believes all blondes are ditzy/silly/stupid.
