There is no criminal charge. It's just not a legal marriage.

marriage is a contract and unless you are of age or have the permission of your parents, the contract is not legally binding, which means that there really is no marriage.

you cannot get married by law if you are under age unless you have your legal guardian approve and sign allowing you to.
