start with 3000 crunches in 1 hour. Keep doing that till your abs are the way you want them to be.

Lay on your back, have someone standing staddling your head. Bring your legs up to them. Then have them throw your legs toward the ground and you try to stop your legs from hitting ground. I would say only start with 20 to 30 because it will start to hurt pretty bad.

work with a ball or medicine ball. It builds great inner strength and works your abs hard. You will notice a stronger abs in a couple weeks, and also watch your calorie intake.I

Do fast sit ups

sit on a declined bench with your feet at the high end and do a situp. let your back touch the bench then go back to starting postition.
