Most integrated sound cards will work. Creative, which is by far the leading provider of add-on sound cards, has both 32-bit and 64-bit Vista drivers at the ready.

Pretty much all sound cards work with Microsoft Vista Beta 2. Microsoft has a pretty large database of drivers for hardware and very few sound cards are not compatible.
