lol. It's not simple.. i have a girl on my mind big time.. i guess you either ask them out, call, or just see them.. it should satisfy you for atleast a while.. worked for a while for me untill i realllllly started liking her

Find something to do like college, work, dancing clubs, join the gym, do house work, cooking, reading novels, etc. A LOT YOU CAN DO STOP THINKING ABOUT BOYS THEY COME AND GO.

Read an anti-romance book... or just read period. It works for me... I have music on my mind all the time (I'm in a band) so I read and it gets my mind off of whatever.
