Statistics show that if your hubby can make it through the first year, the odds will go down but with no guarantees. Year One is crucial. Get a term- life insurance policy at least for a year and then re-evaluate the situation at that time.

You have a reason to be concerned. With a motor bike, there is no protection from 4 sides like an auto body. Even wearing a helmet, motorbiking is very dangerous, especially with all the crazies who have nothing but disregard for traffic regulations.

They dont call them "donorcycles" for nothing! If you cant talk him out of it..do make sure he is wearing a helmet & has taken a motorcycle training class. You will need to insure this just like you would any other vehicle.

Not at all. The vast majority of motorcycle riders are responsible and careful. The reckless type you hear about are a vast minority. As long as he uses common sense on the road and wears a helmet, it should be no big deal.

Not to worry. As long as he doesn't risk his life doing crazy stunts he should be ok. Even if he doesn't wear a helmet. I know a lot of people who ride very wildly and you can garantee they're always going to be involved in some sort of accident. If he rides like a normal human being he will survive.

dont worry about it. I might not be much help because i love guys and their bikes, but upping his insurance is just being cautious so youre just being safe by doing that. He should know what he's doing. Good Luck!

No. Don't worry, unless you're husband is a heavy drinker and is irresponsible. Motorcycles are safe if the driver has been trained in defensive motorcycle driving techniques.
