To speak to an international operator to find a number, you can call 118 505 (I think it costs £1.50). This will give you their telephone number.
Then ring them and ask for their email address you will find Germans speak excellent English, so do not panic!
If you speak German, put International Directory Enquiries in the search engine and quite a few sites come up (but I don't speak German!)
