Get your phone book down and start calling every lawyer there is, that handles custody cases. Explain your situation, be persistent, break threw any barriers that you think are preventing you from what you are legally entitled too. Don't just set around and feel sorry for your self. Its a new world out there. Men have rights, you guys just assume that your going to get the worst end of the deal and never follow thru to really find out. Things in the courts are alot different these days. More and more men, are getting the children, and wife's are having to pay child support. There are lawyers out there that will help you. My son is proof! He has retained a lawyer that is taking his case and waving his fee. So,... there is your precedence. Get Busy!!!

Im not sure what kind of case you have but to tell you what you have in store, I have been fighting for custody for 4 months. My ex wife is homeless with my 6 year old daughter, she is addicted to crack, all of my ex's relatives have been to court on my side, called the police because of numerous things she has done and my ex has done nothing the court has asked. She hasnt even retained an attorney and has failed to show up in court a couple of times. She doesnt let me see my daughter and the first thing the judge asks each time in court is if I pay child support on time. I have contacted governors, childrens services and TN representatives along with retaining an attorney for my daughter but have gotten no where. You are right, men have no rights.

You need to contact the da for your courts and ask him if they know of anyone. You also have to really really find something majory wrong with the mother. And you need to document things precisely. Keep a log. Good luck to you. My boyfriend has been trying to get his son for a while. His son has flunked 7th grade twice so they may give him to his father. We've been trying since he was 8!! Chin up. K :)

Honestly, you'll get f*cked over in court. I think you'll have to kill the b*tch.
