Yahoo is experiencing difficulty. Everyone is having the same problem. Just wait it out or go to yahoo "help" and let them know.

Hope that helps.

click on the "forum" link on the upper right of yahoo Answers. It will take you to a list of problems yahoo users are having. Yahoo's server was down since last night and its been acting funky all day. From early morning til late afternoon, people could not get on. There was some talk about going to a different yahoo server to check mail, like http://www.yahoo.co.uk I think people are still experiencing problems right now, but it should be stable while yahoo works on the problem.

Does any box pop up or anything? Are you the only one who uses the computer or do you share it with someone and if so are you the computer administrator or is your associate?

Try doing a Google search for Yahoo! Mail and click on the link for it. Sometimes I have to do that . Other than that I do not know what to tell you. Maybe you do not have enough memory for some reason?

Wish I could help you more!

Since it is yahoo mail AND messenger, it must be a server problem with yahoo. Just wait it out. I'm not having any problems now. (Don't think that I ever had)

I had the same thing happen to me this morning. I had to clear out my cookies and reboot the computer. It worked after that. Good luck!
