Are you talking about an Irish Cladagh ring, the one with two hands holding a heart? Any jeweler can get one for you.

claddagh rings ? they are irish in origin. two hands holding a heart topped with a crown. some are made with gem stone hearts. generally any jewerly store or irish /scotish import store.
