Seriously, isn't he like the main character? Since he was in the first and second, why can't he be in Tokyo Drift?

For the same reason, Vin Diesel was all but the second probably other stuff he would rather do.

Because he sucks and so do the movies. Maybe he realized how much they sucked and didn't want to do the third one.
