First, you are a little more than "a little feminine". You are a cross-dresser. There is nothing wrong with that and your right it doesn't make you gay. I dated one once. It was a lot off fun to go shopping with him and teach him all about being feminine. It was like the best of both worlds.
However, cross-dressers are not generally approved of in this society. I don't know why, but you can tell by reading most of the other answers. So, think about how well you pass before going out.
To answer your question. Pantyhose in summer is not a good idea, unless it is a special occasion. Way too warm. Just shave the legs and you will be fine.
A nice strappy open toe shoe is cute but stay off the grass. If you will be out in nature, stick to flats. They can still be very fem and fun.
If a chiffon dress is what you like you should wear one. But, like all real woman, be natural. Don't wear chiffon, heals and pearls to go grocery shopping. If you are way over dressed you will look out of place and draw attention. Conversly, don't wear pink sweats to the bar.
You want something that flatters the figure and hides the flaws. I assume your stuffing the bra. Try something that scrunches in or wraps around the waist to give the illusion of a figure. Also avoid short or cap sleeves or wide necklines. They will show off your larger arms and broader shoulders.

No you are not gay. Good for you for wearing what you want to wear....The dress is fine, the heels (if open toed) are fine, but it will probably be too hot to wear pantyhose in the summer time...just make sure you shave well and if you are pale, you can always use a LIGHT self-tanning cream....

well i would say u are very feminine......maybe u don't think u are gay but u probably are.....i mean u are getting yourself all dolled up and just think how wonderful u will feel in your chiffon dress in the arms of some big strong guy....its perfect...he can unzip your dress, unhook your bra.....etc....
