I try tea. laxative..eat greens ...massaging my tummy..

Tea is something that will usually keep you from going....

chocolate, greens, fiber... even if in metamucil... helps

Charles Atlas had an excersize where one stands wityh arms at ones sides and alternates lowering each hand towards the floor in a clocklike movement for several minutes. A weight in each hand would do better. guaranteed!
BEWARE OF LAXATIVES. They could give you appendicitus.

Fiber supplements. Not the powdered stuff that you mix with water, UGH. That stuff is nasty. Try the fiber caplets. Also drink lots of water. Don't wait too much longer without seeing a doctor. A week is waaaayyyy toooo looonngg.

Go eat Chinese food with lots of msg in it. Works every time. It's worked 3 times for me already in the past 4 hours.

If nothing has worked try a glycerin suppository and if that doesn't work GO TO YOUR DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!! you could have a bowel obstruction and that can be life threatening
