He has been missing for 10 months now. The only clue I have is that he is in a state run hospital in MA. I am not immediate family and have no other contact information. How should I find him sitting here in a foreign country and absolutley no information about the workings of hospitals and also no one helping if I call.

Medical facilities should be able to share knowledge despite hippa and getting out word of who he is could help. put out information publically and the hospital will probaby contact someone.

If that is the situation then you should do your own invetigation:
-tri to call some of the hospitals and ask for him.
-or tri asking the local atorities.
-if not, insist os asking his family or friends.
That is the best i can tell you.

try to find the name of the hospital nd try to know if it has its own website which has info of the patients....if u miss him ,u can make a frnd thru answers/mssngr/orkut( u have num of sites ) and ask him/her to look for him....if u still miss him u better go to his country nd look on ur own....
