1) This war is not illegal. It was voted FOR even by the Ding Dong Kerry... 2) You can't sue George Bush just because he is the president and you don't like him... 3) The fallen soldier didn't fall for nothing! You tarnish his name by saying that. SHAME ON YOU! 4) This administration lied as much as any other. It almost is a part of description. 5) It sounds as if you wanted to get rich on a death of a soldier who served the country he/she loved and fought for it voluntarily. 6) You abviously don't understand and know the value of freedom you have... No further comments.

Despite being a loaded, stupid question, I will answer it...
No. President Bush didn't declare war, so he couldn't be held responsible for it. Check your facts: Presidents can't declare war - only Congress can (and did).
What kind of lawsuit would it be, anyway? Wrongful death? It's a soldier at war - I don't care who the lawyer was, that would be an unwinnable case from the get-go.
Idiots.

No they can't sue. No one forced them to join. What lies you talking about?? You been listening to the Moores, Kennedys, Deans and Reids Plus all the other kooks, get a mind. WMDs Yes almost all intell agencies world wide agree. Saddam violated ignored how many UN resolutions made how made violations of the cease fire all grounds for war. WMDs ex Iraq generals say yes. Its been know for years he had because he used them. Kooks say had no more BULL they have found some and know there are more. (It was just declassified today watch the main media hide it.)

There isn't a draft,so the soldier wasn't forced to join, The days of signing up just for the benefits are over! We have a terrible enemy out there, they want us dead. If we don't fight them over there, they will be here! Remember 911?
This soldier your speaking about did not die for nothing, He died for his country like 100,000 of thousands had before him.
GodSpeed to him and the rest!

A soldier signs a contract to obey every stupid order from the people in the pentagon, I don't think you have a chance.
After saying that, if you have the funds and the drive to do it I think it would be ground-breaking and interesting. Not to mention very funny.
One piece of advice: prepare yourself for numerous threats on your life.

No. And if you seriously think that that soldier died for nothing I hope he/she wasn't someone in you family. No soldier dies for nothing when they die in the line of duty. Just remember that he/she was there because they signed the line to protect their country under any circumstances, and that included protecting you.

What's illegal about it?? Thats what our military is for, to fight and defend our country & our freedom. If we werent "over there", then the United States would be over ran by more terrorists than we would know what to do with, and we would no longer be known as "the land of the free"!

regrettably, i'm thinking they (our cutting-edge & former leaders) are all tousled! i comprehend no effortless answer yet we basically can not play by making use of the "regulations" anymore while no person else does & that's what gets our butts kicked. we start to do some thing & do no longer end it. i think of the United international locations stinks! they are all corrupt & it truly is time for the uncomplicated individual to be waiting to be interior the management seat. somebody with out connection to grease, or somebody no longer seeking to kick butt to make dad experience extra clever. We do & will constantly ought to stay steps earlier to the nut case terrorists & shield our land & people. The commerce towers replace into an act of conflict so we did have the area to shield ourself. It replace into no longer "anticipation of self-protection"!
