1) This war is not illegal. It was voted FOR even by the Ding Dong Kerry... 2) You can't sue George Bush just because he is the president and you don't like him... 3) The fallen soldier didn't fall for nothing! You tarnish his name by saying that. SHAME ON YOU! 4) This administration lied as much as any other. It almost is a part of description. 5) It sounds as if you wanted to get rich on a death of a soldier who served the country he/she loved and fought for it voluntarily. 6) You abviously don't understand and know the value of freedom you have... No. President Bush didn't declare war, so he couldn't be held responsible for it. Check your facts: Presidents can't declare war - only Congress can (and did).
What kind of lawsuit would it be, anyway? Wrongful death? It's a soldier at war - I don't care who the lawyer was, that would be an unwinnable case from the get-go.

No they can't sue. No one forced them to join. What lies you talking about?? You been listening to the Moores, Kennedys, Deans and Reids Plus all the other kooks, get a mind. A soldier signs a contract to obey every stupid order from the people in the pentagon, I don't think you have a chance.
After saying that, if you have the funds and the drive to do it I think it would be ground-breaking and interesting. Not to mention very funny.

No. And if you seriously think that that soldier died for nothing I hope he/she wasn't someone in you family. No soldier dies for nothing when they die in the line of duty. Just remember that he/she was there because they signed the line to protect their country under any circumstances, and that included protecting you.
