how do i get a line drawing frome a picture is there a computer program for this?

Adobe Illustrator CS2 has a trace feature but it's not for the amateur. I recommend you post a listing on craigslist.com to find a professional who knows how to use this program and hire that person to do it for you.

Adobe PhotoShop has a filter for this, also. You'd have to hire a professional do create it for you. Most of the ones I know charge about $35/hour.
