I'd like to buy blank t-shirts, print my design and sell them online.
So I am looking for a t-shirt manufacturers and printers.

... at a "blank "T" shirt" wholesaler!! well, thats true , and they would be easy enough to find. and the whole salers can hook you up with printers or vise- versa .
another way is to find some one who goes over seas a lot and have them bring you back 50 - 100 at a time in their suit case. but i think you can buy good quality cheap here in the states for 1-2 dollars a piece so just go look through the "yellow pages" you'll find someplace to start... once your in buissness they'll find you , believe me.

I know that Michael's has very cheap t-shirts that you can PURCHASE from them, that they sell to people for screen printing and other such hobbies.
