I have tried everything I can think of. My problem is, is that I am just not able to keeep the customers happy enough to earn 6200 hundred dollars. I need help!

Hm...have your customers sit in the same colored seat and bring them coffee while they wait. If you have the podium availbale, use it and stand there for a while for each set of customers then seat them and brign them their food quickly. Good luck
