They are making Indiana Jones 4....how exciting...Steven Speilburg announced yesterday that it will be released in 2008!! Who all out there is as excited about this as me? Sean Connery will be Harrison's Father again.....I just love the series....I like Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade the best...

Yes! It is going to be an awesome movie. It starts filming in Spring 2007 for a Summer 08 release date.
George Lucas has admitted that he is more involved in this one than the previous 3 combined.
Sir Connery has not officially agreed to reprise his role but Lucas is convincing him and his character is being written into the script.
ALSO! In case you didn't know, the setting is the early 1950's. Indiana Jones is going down to the Amazon for one final quest to discover a secret society of year past. Accompanying him is his daughter. Rumor is that Natalie Portman (Star War prequels) will be playing his daughter. This movie is going kick @$$!

Yes, I heard that the summer of 2008 is the release date. I've ben waiting for years now, ever since they started talking about it. If it wasn't for the bomb 'War of the worlds' and 'Munich'...it would have already been done. Good things are worth waiting for, though. Not sure about Die Hard 4, haven't heard anything about that, but it would be interesting. All and all, i'm more of an Indiana fan though, so finger's crossed that nothing else comes in the way again;)

I have not really ever heard a good #4 movie in a series. The closest is Star Trek 4 since it was meant to be a comedy above all else.
Personally, this series should stay a trilogy. The magic and excitement that it delivered should not be tampered with. Spielberg is playing with powers that he no longer knows about.

I don't know if "Indiana jones 4" will be as good. Harrison Ford is getting too old for that role.

I would be more excited if I were going to be in it. I have always wanted to work with Harrison Ford, he is one of my favorite actors.
