Bush doesn't have one, it's not his call. How to deal with insurgent infiltration is left up to the commanders in the field.

the same as anything else, lie... dont listen to any member of the Bush family... bad blood
With that being said, there is infiltration in our own police and military. The only difference is our people actually take their time to become a cop or soldier before they wreak havoc. Gang members in the military, or cops that murder? Some people plan this too. It happens and although it's sometimes preventable, it's not always.

Ask Saddam's defense attorney...
The press says "men in Iraqi Security Forces uniforms" stormed his house at 7 am... Do you really believe that there is some wharehouse in Baghdad that stocks every size of this uniform, that the Army/Navy supply store in Iraq is pumping out the business? C'mon... thats a lie, these are the Iraqi Security Forces, former Bathists, who are doing these crimes, not "men in uniforms" as if they were stolen and custom tailored by someone...
please...
time to wake up America, time to wake up.

And you base your information on what source? Last I heard - over 400 raids had been conducted and numerous terrorist have been caught.
That's now not Bush's problem. The Iraqis will govern & discipline themselves. If they need help - they know that we will (BUSH & Republicans) will help them by standing with them. Can the same be said about the CUT & RUN liberals?

this is nothing new. it's how it's done. who are the people who have knowledge and experience in local security? well the former security people of course. they have networks already in place. indeed they already have barginning chip: man in the new government, likes his new job, but the old security forces have files on him that the coalition wouldn't like. since stability is the goal, shortcuts are taken everyday. think about it, who re-organized germany after ww2? krupp was released from prison and basically given back all his toys.

Are you kidding??? Bush hasn't had a strategy since the "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED" aircraft carrier landing... He's flying by the seat of his pants right now, on a wing and a prayer, up the creak without a paddle...etc...etc...etc...

No strategy. It doesn't affect his wallet. As long as the Saudis are happy. He is.

It shouldn't be his problem to strategize. The Iraqi's should be able to do it themselves.
