Batman defeated the likes of the Joker and Penguin, but Bane broke his back.
Hulk Hogan beat the Undertaker, King Kong Bundy, and even bodyslammed 500-pound Andre the Giant.
So, in a all-out fight, who would win?

Hulk Hogan would give Bat's the big boot and drop the leg on his CANDY AZZ !!!!!!!!! NO one not even the Bat's could get up from that !!!! Prove me wrong !!!

Bane broke batman's back as a result of being worn out from going non-stop to catchall of the escapees frrom Arkham Asylum during the Knightfall storyline. Bane also had a strength-enhancing drug called Venom, which he used during his fight aginast Batman the first time they fought. In their rematch, Batman cut off Bane's supply and then destroyed Bane in the fight.
Hulk Hogan is extremely strong, but does not have the agility nor stamina to last in a fight with Batman one on one. Furthermore, Batman is a martial arts expert than happens to have access to his utility belt. In an all-out fight ... Batman would quickly eliminate Hogan's stength base and proceed to beat him into the ground before throwing his butt into Arkham for wearing a red and yellow feather boa in public.

Batman would win by using the items in his utility belt to blind the Hulkster while applying a finishing move. Then in the re-match, Hogan would rip off the utility belt, beat Batman with it, and then drop a flying leg drop on the Caped Crusader. The third match would be a disqualification when both wrestlers would be distracted by Catwoman and MIss Elizabeth and be counted out on the ring floor.

well, does Batman get his toy belt? if so then he would win...But if you take the "Batman Begins" side he would win also faster and more martial arts.....Wrestling is fake but so is Batman....I'd have to go with Batman..
