It's on about 2kb/s, usually its about 90kb/s. I have disabled the firewall too.

You've disabled your firewall? And you want to know why a web app is running slowly? Could it just possibly be that you've allowed malware onto your system?

too many people uploading from you, go into the options and reduce the upload streams to 1 or 2... this helps, also a busy time for their server so it slows down...

limewire has pop up which will destroy your computer u should use are for download music music videos and movies. just type in ares free download and download ares. its one of hte best ones.

Download/Install then run startup.exe at:

Can't live without it and windows...
Then disable and/or uninstall whatever u don't need.
