Humans, like all animals, are inherently selfish. That isn't always a bad thing (in fact it's often good) but it can lead to bad things like malice.

There is malice and badness because there is a huge unseen battle going on between good and evil. Many people are choosing evil right now instead of good. There isn't just one reason, but a lot of it can be chalked up to selfishness--people care more about themselves than about other people. The good news is that good will win eventually!

Selfishness allowed to be ones only focus is what causes others pain. Civilization blunts such unsocial behavior when learned. In the animal world its called being tamed, being put to use. So perhaps those who live with malice and badness in their minds are living without the feeling of usefulness.

The biblical answers are great; I agree with them. But for the sake of not sounding like a parrot, I would add that we are all competing for the same resources. We all want the best houses, the best cars, we all want to love and be loved (in some cases, even that triggers competition--people pursuing the same person).
I'm sure that we want to be nice, but in this system, the violent taketh by force, and niceness is misunderstood to be weakness. Call it survival of the fittest.

Blame the company u keep no one is born bad they are heavily influenced by the company that person keeps and it's going to get worse with our and future generations deteriorating so drastically

We don´t no what happened to a person to make them go bad I think something really really bad haooened to them in there childhood for them to act that way
