Yes, women do this ALL the time. they need exept men as they are, not how they'd like them to be. And women break more hearts then men.

I personally dont try to change my husband on purpose(before or after dating) but because i wanted to feel secure in our relationship i asked him freely to do a few things that would ensure me our relationship was were it needed to be. And trust me when i say i dont try to change him because he still does millions of annoying things i could kick him for.

i suppose women in general either appear or on purpose, attempt to change men because they are selfish (as we all are as human beings) or because they feel the need to portray a perfect bf to others and themselves. or perhaps they are lacking in their own self esteem. Either way is not evil it sometimes just happens. but if a man HAS a problem with the changing, then he just needs to be sure to tell that girl either get lost or accept me for who i am! but if the change is accepable and good, they shouldnt be afraid to do it for love.

Because we are nuturers. It's in our makeup to mold and guide people. It's a help and a curse at the same time.
