It means he did not want you to kiss him for some reason. It's up to you to figure out the reason. Was his mom right there? Were you rushing him into a relationship that he wasn't ready for?

What you need to do is ask him if he is ready to kiss..... More than likely he wants to kiss but he is just nervous or scared...

It could be that he didn't expect it to happen; therefore, he didn't know and just turned his head. On the other hand, it could mean that he's mad at you or he doesn't like you anymore.

it just means hes not ready for kissing and stuff
talk to him about it or email him if your not comfortable talking to him for now keep it low flirt, talk about funny things, maybe hug, watch a movie stuff like that keeps it low wait for him to be ready he still likes you ok
