I would definitely want to know that I was the one that had the sex before the baby was born! Hell no I wouldn't want it to be a surprise! Waiting for those DNA test results could be nerve-wracking!

I want to know the sex! It's a surprise no matter when you find out. Know ahead of time will just prepare you better.

Hmmmm.... for the first born definitely a surprise! After that, maybe I would want to know,so I know if I have to stock up on things of the 'other' color.
Of course, waiting might be good for all of them.... I like green, and purple, and red, and other gender neutral colors on babies.

I would want to know as much about the little person inside me as possible...and that means I would definitely want to know if it was a boy or a girl. But some babies don't want you to know and they turn away everytime you have a scan...so you may have to have a surprise even if you don't intend to.

I'd rather it be a surprise, but lots of parents like to know the gender of the baby beforehand so they can buy the right clothes, furnish their new room, pick out names, etc.

when I was pregnant, I wanted to know the sex of my baby because I felt it was easier to buy the things you need before they get here...like clothes and things of that nature....I didn't want to buy a bunch of clothes or have a baby shower and everyone buy me different sex clothes and end up taking half of them back......just easier if your a planning type person...if not then I would want it to be a surprise..
